ऑस्ट्रेलिया के क्वींसलैंड की रहने वाली 38 साल की जोर्जिया कॉन्डन को ये दुनिया रियल लाइफ वैम्पायर के तौर पर जानती है। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि वो खून पिए बिना नहीं रह पाती। जोर्जिया जब 12 साल की थी, तब उसने पहली बार इंसानी खून का स्वाद चखा था। इसके बाद उसके खून पीने की चाहत और बढ़ गई।
17 साल की उम्र में उसे एक ऐसी दोस्त मिली जिसने उसे कई दिनों तक खून पिलाया। पर उसे खून पीने की ये आदत कैसे लगी ये जानकर आप हैरान हो जाएंगे।
जोर्जिया को खून पीने की आदत वैम्पायर से जुड़ी फिल्में ट्विलाइट, ट्रू ब्लड, वैम्पायर डायरी देखने के बाद लगी। जोर्जिया के अनुसार ब्रिसबेन में ब्लडलस्ट बॉल इवेंट में उसके जैसे कई खून पीने वाले लोग आते हैं। वहीं उसकी मुलाकात ब्वॉयफ्रेंड जमाएल से हुई थी। जोर्जिया ने अपने ब्वॉयफ्रेंड से उसका खून पीने की इच्छा जताई तो वो बिना डरे उसके लिए तैयार हो गया था।
आपको ये जानकर हैरानी होगी कि दो सालों से साथ रहने वाला उसका ब्वॉयफ्रेंड उसे हर हफ्ते अपना खून पिलाता है। वहीं जोर्जिया इस आदत के चलते बहुत सारी बीमारियों से ग्रस्त है। उसे एनिमिया के साथ-साथ थैलसीमिया भी है। इसकी वजह से उसे खून का टेस्ट अच्छा लगता है। सिर्फ इतना ही नहीं वैम्पयार की तरह उसे धूप में जाने से डर भी लगता है।
