भारत के दक्षिण की शान चेन्नई से करीब 500 किलोमीटर दूर तमिलनाडु के आदिवासी इलाके एलावाड़ी में अपने मालिक के साथ बिना टिकट बस का सफर कर रहे एक कबूतर की वजह से बस का कंडक्टर फंस गया है. परिवहन विभाग के नियम के उल्लंघन के आरोप में विभाग के इंस्पेक्टर ने बस कंडक्टर को नोटिस जारी किया है.

 

दरअसल, मामला ये है कि तमिलनाडु के हरूर को ऐलावाड़ी कस्बे से जोड़ने वाली स्टेट ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉरपोरेशन की इकलौती सरकारी बस में एक कबूतर बस की खिड़की पर बैठा था. कबूतर के मालिक ने इसका टिकट नहीं बनवाया और लापरवाही बरतते हुए बस कंडक्टर ने भी उससे कोई टिकट नहीं लिया.

 

अचानक चेकिंग के लिए आए परिवहन विभाग के इंस्पेक्टर ने यात्रियों का टिकट चेक किया तो पाया की एक आदमी नशे में धुत था और उस आदमी के पास एक कबूतर भी था, जिससे वो बातें कर रहा था. टिकट चेक करने वाली टीम ने कंडक्टर से पूछा कि क्या कबूतर का टिकट बनाया है? इस पर कंडक्टर ने जवाब दिया कि जब ये शख्स बस में चढ़ा था, उस वक्त ये कबूतर उसके साथ नहीं था. इसपर कंडक्टर को उसकी लापरवाही के लिए नोटिस जारी कर दिया. क्योंकि बिना टिकट बस में किसी भी पक्षी की यात्रा पर रोक लगा दिया गया था, लेकिन कंडक्टर ने नियम का उल्लंघन किया जिसकी वजह से उसे फाइन देना पड़ा.

 

हालांकि, कहा जा रहा कि ये नियम 30 से अधिक पक्षियों के एक साथ सफर करने पर है, इसके साथ यात्रा करने पर कोई पैसा नहीं देना होगा.
