चीन में बन रही है दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे ऊंची गननचुंबी इमारत, जानें खास बातें

चीनी शहरों में दुनिया के कुछ सबसे ऊंचे गगनचुंबी इमारतों हैं। इनमें से शेन्जेन में 1,965 फुट ऊंचा पिंग एन फाइनेंस सेंटर, गुआंगजो में 1,739 फुट ऊंचा सीटीएफ फाइनेंस सेंटर और बीजिंग में 1,732 फुट ऊंचा चाइना जुन टावर शामिल है।

अभी हाल ही में शेन्जेन में शिमाओ शेन्जेन-हांगकांग इंटरनेशनल सेंटर का निर्माण कार्य शुरू हुआ है। साल 2024 में बनने के बाद यह 2,191 फीट ऊंचाई के साथ दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे ऊंचा गगनचुंबी इमारत बन सकती है। इसके साथ ही दुबई वन टॉवर भी निर्माणाधीन है। दोनों ऊंची इमारतें 2,073 फुट ऊंची शंघाई टॉवर से भी बड़ी होंगी, जिसके नाम पर वर्तमान में दुनिया के दूसरे सबसे ऊंचे गगनचुंबी इमारत का खिताब है।

शेन्जेन-हांगकांग इंटरनेशनल सेंटर के डेवलपर शिमाओ ग्रुप ने अभी तक इमारत के डिजाइन के बारे में जानकारी नहीं दी है। मगर, चाइना डेली की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि कंपनी इस परियोजना में 7.5 अरब डॉलर का निवेश करेगी। इसमें 3.4 लाख वर्ग फुट से अधिक का फ्लोर सर्फेस एरिया होगा।

टावर एक बड़े परिसर का हिस्सा होगा, जिसमें शेन्जेन के लोंगगैंग जिले के अपार्टमेंट, कार्यालय, स्टार्टअप इनक्यूबेटर, होटल, शॉपिंग सेंटर, इंटरनेशनल स्कूल और एक कंवेंशन सेंटर शामिल होगा। इस तरह की परियोजना शहरीकरण का चलन आने के बाद साल 1979 में शुरू हुई। तब चीन ने पूंजीवाद और विदेशी निवेश के लिए अपने दरवाजे खोले थे।

शेन्जेन पहले केवल 30,000 लोगों के रहने वाला एक इलाका था, जहां आमतौर पर गरीब मछली पकड़ने वाला समुदाय रहा करता था। मगर, पूंजीवाद के बाद यह पहला शहर बना, जिसने तेजी से विकास करना शुरू किया। तब से यह शहर चीन के सबसे बड़े तकनीकी केंद्रों और उच्च वृद्धि के विकास के केंद्रों में शामिल हो गया है।

साल 2017 में शेन्जेन ने दुनिया के किसी अन्य शहर की तुलना में अधिक गगनचुंबी इमारतें बनी हैं। एक अनुमान के अनुसार, शेन्जेन की आबादी अब 1.25 करोड़ से अधिक है और अब यह सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती हुई मेगासिटी में से एक है।
