श्री खड़क्कार जी पोस्ट ऑफिस में पोस्ट मास्टर के पद पर ग्राम पंचायत सावरी में कार्यरत और रिटायर भी वहीं से हुए रिटायर होने के बाद उन्होंने माननीय कमलनाथ जी की कार्यशैली से प्रभावित होकर कांग्रेस पार्टी से जुड़े और कमलनाथ जी के साथ मिलकर क्षेत्र की समस्याओं का निवारण भी किया है माननीय कमलनाथ जी के प्रति उनकी एक अलग ही प्रकार की दीवानगी थी कमलनाथ जी से उनका काफी लगाव था वह अक्सर न्यूज़ चैनल देखा करते थे उसमें देश दुनिया की जानकारी उन्हें मिलती थी 14-15 मार्च को भी उन्होंने न्यूज़ चैनल पर कमलनाथ जी की सरकार के बारे में जो जानकारी मिली उससे उनका ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ने पर और लगातार घटनाक्रम के कारण 18 तारीख की रात को ब्लड प्रेशर अत्यधिक बढ़ चुका था जिसके कारण उन्हें छिंदवाड़ा जिला हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती करवाया गया फिर उन्हें नागपुर हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया 19 तारीख से 26 तारीख तक वहां नागपुर में ही भर्ती रहे 26 तारीख को जब हॉस्पिटल से घर पहुंचे और उन्हें जानकारी मिली कि कमलनाथ मुख्यमंत्री पद पर नहीं है तो वह अचंभित रह गए और अंतिम समय में भी वह माननीय कमलनाथ जी के मुख्यमंत्री पद से हटने के सदमे में अपने प्राण त्याग दिए…..।

उन्होंने अपने अंतिम समय पर अपने अंतिम शब्दों में सिर्फ इतना ही कहा कि छिंदवाड़ा जिले को ऐसा नेता फिर कभी दोबारा नहीं मिलेगा…..।

मृतक के पुत्र संजय खड़क्कार उर्फ संजू भाऊ भी सेवादल के बहुत ही सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता हैं ,उन्होंने बताया कि जितनी पूंजी थी लगभग 3 से 4 लाख रुपए उन्होंने पिता जी के इलाज में लगा दिया, उन्हें कमलनाथ या नकुलनाथ की तरफ़ से किसी तरह का सहयोग नहीं मिल सका ,यहां तक कि उनके द्वारा सांसद एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री से कई बार सम्पर्क करने की कोशिश की गई मगर लाकडाउन की वजह से या जो भी वजह थी सम्पर्क नहीं हो पाया न ही उनके पी .ए .ने फोन नहीं उठाए ,पिता की मृत्यु के बाद में सांसद या विधायक कार्यलय से कोई कॉल तक नहीं आया ,जो दुःखद है ।

जी हां यही कारण था कि सांवरी से ही कांग्रेस के कद्दावर नेता और वर्तमान जनपद सदस्य पंकज पाठक भी कमलनाथ के मुख्यमंत्री पद से हटने की बात को लेकर इतना सदमें मैं आ गए कि उनका 20 मार्च को अचानक से हाई ब्लड प्रेशर हो गया ,वह उस समय उनके ससुराल अंबाडा मैं थे उन्हें भी तत्काल भर्ती कराया गया वह भी लगभग सप्ताह भर के बाद में उनके स्वास्थ्य के में सुधार हुआ ,और पंकज इस लॉक डाउन की वजह से अभी भी वहीं अम्बड़ मैं ही स्वास्थ्य लाभ ले रहे हैं ।
यही हाल परासिया ब्लॉक के कुंडाली कला निवासी सुभाष बेलवंशी का भी हो गया है ,दरअसल सुभाष सोसल मीडिया में लगातार सक्रिय रहते हैं और वह कांग्रेस की विचारधारा से इतने ज्यादा प्रभावित है कि वह कई बार लोगों से तर्क के आधार पर उलझ भी जाते हैं इनका संगठन में पद भी है यह उमरेठ ब्लॉक कांग्रेस के अनुसूचित जाति विभाग में अध्यक्ष के साथ ही आई टी सेल के जिला महासचिव भी हैं ,यह अपने साथी नेताओं क्रमशः सतीश नागवंशी, प्रदीप राय, आतिश ठाकरे के साथ 18 मार्च को भोपाल गए हुए थे इन्होंने समूचे घटनाक्रम को करीब से देखा ,20 मार्च को जैसे ही कमलनाथ ने मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दिया सुभाष का ब्लड प्रेशर अचानक से कम हो गया वह जैसे तैसे छिंदवाड़ा आये 2 दिन बाद उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ गई उनके ही रिश्तेदार सतीश नागवंशी ने तुरंत 108 मैं कॉल कर एम्बुलेंस भिजवाया और उनका छिंदवाड़ा मैं समुचित इलाज करवाने के बाद में उनकी दवा खरीदने के बाद उन्हें उनके गांव स्वयं के वाहन से छोड़कर आये ।
अभी भी उनकी तबीयत नासाज बनी रहती है ।
